About

Decor-Art has been created by two friends, who share the same passion for all kinds of visual arts. By setting it up they’ve decided to provide a perfect opportunity for everyone to become a part of the artistic world without spending a fortune.

While one is trying to capture the surrounding beauty with her soft brush and bright watercolours, the other is looking for a unique still image through her lenses. They have started walking down this road a long time ago, yet they still believe it will be a never ending story and a search for something original, eye-catching and hopefully unforgettable.

„As the boundaries of what we call Art are expanding it should become more readily available as well as affordable financially. That doesn’t mean that we support the idea of mass-production. There can’t be anything dearer than a handmade ceramic dish or a paper postcard! We just feel that it should be easy enough to choose and obtain something that would evoke good emotions, inspire you to move forward or create, as well as ornate your household.“

Plans for the future? Well, last September we have invited our Website visitors and Blog readers to start “attending” our E-Exhibitions – we now have an online gallery open to anyone with internet access. (By the way, if you’re worried you have missed the first 4 exhibitions, you can still see them as we have an archive.) We plan to continue running the E-Exhibitions in the coming year, so 2012 promises even more brilliant artwork, inspiration and stories told by the exhibiting artists. We also aren’t going to stop creating – we will no doubt offer more paintings and photo prints for our customers.

If you love Art as much as we do, just don‘t forget to keep an eye on our Website and our Blog.
