Visit Museums – http://www.visitmuseums.com/

January 9, 2013

We have added a new category to our blog (right hand side) – Useful Websites. Quite often, while searching for something on the internet, I come across great websites that provide lots of useful information on topics that I like (art, photography, culture, history, lifestyle etc.), but if I forget to add them to my “favourites” list, their URLs are lost forever. Hopefully this new idea, to review and to put good stuff into one place, will help me to be a little bit more organised.

Visit Museumsthis is a website for anyone who is interested in finding, planning and visiting museums and their exhibitions worldwide. It provides information about the current and upcoming exhibitions and events; it also gives you an opportunity to search for different destinations, greatest collections, artists and their artwork.

Using this website we have put together an art exhibition calendar, that features the best temporary art exhibitions in 2013 across Europe (that we’d love to see, of course…).
