Basically this means that we have 31 days (+ a few more) to enjoy good weather, warm evenings, pretty flowers, tasty fruit and all of the other pleasures that the ending summer brings.
It is said to take approximately 21 days to form a habit, so if you are one of these people who like to start on the 1st, this is your day! Start your changes today, be stubborn for at least 3 weeks and enter September wiser and healthier.
