A Few Details

February 21, 2015

Went for a walk on the beach today. The sun was out and it felt like summer!

I must admit I can already imagine myself paddling in the sea, looking for pretty shells and small pieces of glass… This of course is a plan for June, as at the moment this green sea water is freezing.

The cold Baltic on a sunny day

The cold Baltic waves…

Talking about coastal finds – I found heaps of driftwood (I’m going to make some more lighthouses), so it was really hard to concentrate on photography while carrying boards and branches under one arm… Below you’ll find just a few details that I really loved, I’m afraid.

(P.S. I promise to organize a thorough photo-shoot for my driftwood, that will be something different. I just wish I would taken a bit more of it…)

What lovely pics! And I’m jealous of you living so close to the beach. Lucky too that you had good weather. Will keep an eye on your blog & posts as I like posts & look & feel.
Please continue posting & making me happy!

Hello, Kate! Thank you so much for your lovely comment. It’s always very nice to hear kind words, they definitely encourage to strive to be better – to come up with interesting subjects and to provide pretty illustrations.

Living on the coast is certainly an advantage, especially in the summer, I just wish we could enjoy the sea water all year round.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope to see you soon again! Kristina
